Have you ever wanted to learn how an exhibition comes together and what’s really involved with curating a visual arts show?
Join Helpmann Graduate Exhibition project curator Asha Southcome and Samstag Museum of Art’s Associate Curator Anna Zagala in conversation with Graduate Exhibition artists about being an early career curator and the role of mentoring.
Working in collaboration with our presenting partner UniSA, the Helpmann Academy Project Curator mentorship has been an incredible development opportunity for Asha. Asha was mentored by Anna to develop her skills in creating the cohesive and impactful Graduate Exhibition 2024 on display at SASA Gallery.
Asha will lead a discussion with the exhibiting artists about their work and art practice among the works at SASA gallery.
ABOUT ASHA SOUTHCOMBE
